Diego Valverde
I am an environmental scientist, marine biologist, and educator. With a long experience as an environmental consultant. My specialties include climate change and science education, scientific research, ecology, sustainable development, and permaculture.
I have worked and study at Nova Southeastern University and the University of Florida in the U.S., integrating a team of scientists to study the human impacts on dolphins and manatees. Also, a few years ago I developed an ecotourism and travel-study project, for science students and teachers from the U.S., in the Amazon and Andes region of Cusco and Manu National Reserve Peru. I have a great passion for science education, our environment, and the natural world. Therefore, I am also a school and university science teacher/professor.
